A Community of Faith in the Heart of New York
Faith Exchange is a vibrant, multi-cultural church located at 95 Leonard Street in the TriBeCa neighborhood of Manhattan. We are a community where people from every walk of life come together to encounter God, grow in faith, and serve the world.
Our name reflects our core conviction: that faith is not a private possession but something to be shared, exchanged, and multiplied. When you bring your faith and encounter the faith of others — and of God — something transformative happens.

Pastor Daniel J. Stratton
Pastor Daniel J. Stratton is a Yale-educated minister, author, and teacher with a passion for helping people discover the depth of relationship with God that transforms every area of life. His journey from the streets of New York to the halls of Yale and back to the pulpit is itself a testament to the faithfulness of God.
He is the author of Very Few Fathers: A Long Overdue Note to My Son, The Listener's Legacy: A Gyroscope for the Soul, and the My Deeper Life Tool Book, among others. His writing and teaching ministry, My Deeper Life, has equipped thousands of believers with practical tools for deeper spiritual growth.

Pastor Ann Stratton
Pastor Ann Stratton is a gifted teacher, worship leader, and co-founder of Faith Exchange. Her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering faith have shaped the culture of the church from its earliest days. She is a cornerstone of the ministry and a beloved voice in the community.
Together, Dan and Ann have built a church that is both deeply rooted in Scripture and radically open to the movement of the Holy Spirit — a rare combination that has drawn people from across New York City and around the world.
